Regulations:

Law on hospitality activities ("Official Gazette" No. 85/15, 121/16, 99/18, 25/19, 98/19, 32/20, 42/20, 126/21)
Rulebook on the classification and categorization of hospitality facility from the group of other hospitality facilities for accommodation ("Official Gazette" no. 54/16, 69/17).
Law on construction ("Official Gazette" number 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19)
Regulation on the tariff of administrative fees ("Official Gazette" No. 156/22) - Tar. No. 14.

Obligor:

trading companies, cooperatives and craftsmen, as well as others listed in Article 5, Paragraph 2 of the Law on hospitality activities ("Official Gazette" No. 85/15, 121/16, 99/18, 25/19, 98/19, 32 /20, 42/20, 126/21), registered for the provision of hospitality activities are obliged before the start of hospitality activities based on Article 20, paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of the Law on hospitality activities ("Official Gazette" number: 85/15, 121/16, 99/18, 25/19, 98/19, 32/20, 42/20, 126/21) to submit to this Administrative department a request for determining minimum conditions (categorization), i.e. a request for the continuation of activities.

With the request, the party must attach:

Positive opinion of the authority responsible for fire protection - for catering facilities such as rooms, apartments, studio apartments and holiday homes, which are located in a building with a construction (gross) area of more than 400 m²
Certificate of municipal waste removal, issued by the competent municipal company
Proof that the facility is connected to the public sewer network, and where this possibility is not available, proof that this has been solved in accordance with special regulations
Proof of the correctness and tightness of gas installations (proof of the functionality and maintenance of chimneys)
Proof of the correctness/functionality of other heating elements (air conditioners, heaters, stoves, etc.), if they are located in the building
Decision on implemented noise protection measures (issued by the Ministry of health)
Proof of correctness of electrical installations
Evidence for building use in accordance with the Law on construction (Official Gazette 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19)
A graphic solution that shows the area, height and description of the rooms
Proof of the right to use the residential building or business building (lease agreement or extract from the land register)
Notification on the classification of the State institute of statistics (only trading companies) Proof of registration (excerpt from the court register of the Commercial court for legal entities, extract from the Trade register for natural persons)
Proof of payment of the administrative fee
