Providing of hospitality services on family agricultural farm

Competent authority: Koprivnica Križevci County, Administrative Department for economy, communal activities and agriculture according to the address of hospitality facility - Koprivnica, Đurđevac, Križevci.

Regulations:

• Law on hospitality activities ("Official Gazette" No. 85/15, 121/16, 99/18, 25/19, 98/19, 32/20, 42/20, 126/21)
• Rulebook on the classification and categorization of facilities where hospitality services are provided on family farms ("Official Gazette" no. 54/16, 69/17, 120/19).
• Law on construction ("Official Gazette" number 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19)
• Regulation on the tariff of administrative fees ("Official Gazette" No. 156/22) - Tariff No. 14.

Obligor:

• an agricultural farm registered in the Register of farmers as a family agricultural farm in accordance with special regulations and which provides hospitality services in accordance with the Law on hospitality activities

With the request, the party must attach:

• Photocopy of the identity card of members of the agricultural farm
• Proof of registration of the agricultural farm in the Register of agricultural farms
•  Proof of the right to use the building or land (excerpt from the land register or other appropriate document), written consent of the co-owner of the building (if there are more than one owner) and written consent of the owner of the building (if the request is submitted by a family member who is not the owner)
• Proof of the usability of the building - the facility where services will be provided in accordance with the Law on construction
•  A graphic solution that shows the area, height and description of the rooms
• Proof of correctness of electrical installations
• Proof of correctness and tightness of gas installations (proof of functionality and chimney maintenance)
• Evidence of the correctness/functionality of other heating elements, machines or devices, if they are located in the facility
• Proof that the facility is connected to the public sewer network, and where this possibility is not available, proof that this has been solved in accordance with special regulations Certificate of municipal waste removal, issued by the competent municipal company
• Proof of paid administrative fee
