Regulations:

• Law on cooperatives ("Official gazette" No. 34/11, 125/13, 76/14, 114/18, 98/19) - reasons for termination of a cooperative - Article 43., paragraph 1., items 1. to 4. of the Law on cooperatives

Along with the request for issuing a decision for determination of the conditions for termination of the cooperative, the party must attach:

• decision of the assembly on the termination of the cooperative, merging with another cooperative, merging with another cooperative and division into several new cooperatives

• a final court decision by which is determined the termination of the cooperative or the deletion of the cooperative from the court register by official duty

• failure to submit annual financial reports to the competent authority in accordance with special regulations

• business operation of the cooperative continuously for six months with the number of members below the number prescribed by this Law

The administrative fee is not paid.
